At Car Touchscreen Protector, we take pride in the quality and precision of every product we make. All of our screen protectors are custom-manufactured to order in Germany, which means each item is made specifically for your vehicle. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

14-Day Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@cartouchscreenprotector.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our protectors are precision-cut to order for specific vehicle models, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been applied to a screen, or where the protective film has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your vehicle model as specified at the time of purchase, we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. Please email us at sales@cartouchscreenprotector.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Postage

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrectly sent, we will cover the return postage costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
