Thank you for shopping with Car Touchscreen Protector. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Production
Every screen protector we sell is precision-cut to order in Germany, specifically for your vehicle model and screen size. Because of this bespoke manufacturing process, please allow 10-14 working days from the date of your order for delivery. This is not a standard off-the-shelf product — your protector is custom-made to the exact dimensions of your car's infotainment screen.
UK Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery after dispatch is typically 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — please sign up to our email list to be notified of these.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected European countries. International shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of your order date, please contact us at sales@cartouchscreenprotector.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the packaging and the product and email us at sales@cartouchscreenprotector.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
